Need alcohol served at your party? Want a cash bar at your shindig? We're TABC Certified and carry all of the necessary liquor permits for catering outside our own venue.
"Hey Chef, we really need our meal to be gluten-free. What do you offer?"
My answer to that is simple. "We can make nearly any dish gluten-free. We have a totally separate kitchen and prep area just for gluten-free. As for the experience, taste and texture...you'll compromise nothing."
One of our in-house ventures is The Gluten-Free Cafe (opens late January-early February 2026). This is the brainchild of Restaurateurs and Chefs Christopher Nundini and Timothy Ogden.
